I'd soooo many wrong solutions by phone repetitions since beginning in March, I can not think I really experienced using the installation. I had been guaranteed the planet & got several breaks... All I'm requesting would be to let me update to HD-DVR radio and never have to spend $200. Personally I think DTV isn't faithful to its current customer-base and have the customer support following the purchase is greatly missing. Your repetitions, nevertheless really ethical, can't acheive a higher degree of customer support without making themselves audio foolish. Please pay attention to a few of the tracks.

Please rethink your plan on gear costs for improving mid-contract. I will guarantee you a missing client at the conclusion of my agreement.

Don't misunderst and me, I REALLY LIKE Direct TV but experience this really is an injustice to us, the faithful client.
