Not delivered on time / Poor customer service

I bought the bed online after speaking with the individual through phone. She guaranteed the bed is likely to be shipped with-in per week. After four weeks and numerous calls lastly I acquired the bed after 26 times. They delivered the incorrect basis and what I had been guaranteed as free (One cushion) wasn't shipped. I named the client support which is therefore poor: she stated she'll obtain the fairfax store-manager to contact me. Ryan never called. I attempted to contact him it had been in vain. I settled nearlly 2500 for this and after spending that much I'm obtaining a bad customer support.

Our advice don't purchase something or purchase out of this shop. The client support is really poor plus they don't handle you like a person once they get your cash. Buyers Avoid this shop and steer clear.
