15 calls to get bad service from their only contracted company

After 30 days, 15 calls and 2 cancelled appointments... The service person said it would take 10 days to get the part needed. The part needed was said to have been the part needed for all repairs with my description. Here's the quick sequence of events: Call 888bestbuy..."I" purchased wrong warranty, go to store, store enters something supposedly right, call 888, schedule repair, repair cancels because order was sent as COD not Warranty, Call 888... Repair calls... Can't do it because it is wall mounted... Call 888... Warranty only takes tv off wall the first year... Go to store... Store agrees to take off wall... Store comes unannounced and insists on doing it that day... Call 888... Repair calls... Can't schedule for 1 week... Wait... Cancels on day of because order sent COD... Call 888... Order resent... Can't schedule for 1 week... Today technician makes it over and says all repairs as mine WAS DESCRIBED IN BEGINNING require "software". Will take 10 days to order. Call 888... Customer service CLOSED... No joke. I have to call back after 3 eastern time.in the meantime it took 4 calls to get the "closed" info because their operators kept transferring me and after 2 beeps the line would go dead. Best buy...
