Fios Installer Damaged Yard and Customer Service Misrouted Ticket

I just had Fios service, the guy who buried the cabel did a huge damage to my front yard, i called the customer service and that was the start. I made 3 calls one out of three knows whats happening. So they put the ticket on the wrong dept. When they found out the manager told me we cant do nothing and he gave me the number for the company did the cable and called them sub-contract. It was pain in the ass for dealing with Verizon they are suck and worth shit
