I shifted to some differant condo in my own complex in July 08. I named Direct Television to reinstall my satilite to my fresh apartment. The technition was not able to achieve this because it didn't encounter the right path, the technition written down set it he was not able to deploy the gear and offer me use of my support.

I called Direct Television and described this plus they were rude and explained I'm under agreement and certainly will need to shell out the remaining of my contract. I needed to place in writing why I had been eliminating which it's not my problem they can't offer me support, but their insufficient a satililte that may be observed from the meal at my area.

I gained my charm and was informed I'd be released a reimbursement of $240 in 6-8 weeks. Well 6 months later I named to determine exactly what the standing is plus they stated they didn't approach the reimbursement and might go right ahead and achieve this today... Therefore another four weeks pass... And that I obtain a phone from selections...

Appear I had been delivered to selections for not spending a statement that I don't owe in the place of being delivered a reimbursement for the remainder of my agreement they were taken care of...

Today after 13 hours on-hold, over twelve supervisers, my credit being screwed with, but still no reimbursement of the cash I'm owed I'm getting them to Small-Claims Court. I am also composing a notice towards the BBB and processing a with them aswell.

I'll never utilize Qwest or Direct Television and recomend everybody who's utilizing them to change from their store... I've never been handled thus badly in most my decades, and wish this helps other people from going right through this... John Z
