They mess up, I pay

After having Immediate Television for around 1 5 years I shifted and Direct TV was not able to obtain a sign at my new target. As a result of this I'd not be billed an earlier termination charge. They advised me I'd 3 months to come back the gear (that the Primary TV man could not consider with him for whatever reason). 24 times next discussion Direct TV charged my bank card $563. After I named them I had been informed I'd just 21 times to come back the gear. They accepted their records confirmed I had been informed 3 months and stated I wouild be returned in 72 hours plus they might deliver me a brand new container to deliver back the gear. 4 days later once they hadn't delivered my cash I named them-and was informed my Primary TV consideration was acknowledged however the real reimbursement might take 6-8 months. $563 for 6-8 months. I had been informed "one" individual created an error and there is absolutley NOTHING they might do to come back the cash faster. I told the ground manager-this wasn't just undesirable but unbelievable. The reaction was silence. Direct tv is questionable... Don't provide them with bank cards. Provide them with a credit card you can challenge.
