Will Not Send Check For Refund

I terminated my support with Strong TV May 30th. Discovered in-May they'd not terminated, therefore it was cancelled again. I had been informed by Direct TV in May 09 I had been owed a reimbursement of $73.35 that we wouldn't obtain until after September 4,09 since it might consider that extended to approach. Obviously Direct TV doesn't have employees that will be educated to provide discounts & it requires 6 to 2 months to coach them. Only my estimation. Have named customer support & billing 6 occasions since September, every time I've been informed my reimbursement had been increased higher-up and that I might obtain my check within 10 times. It's today November 5th, I've simply named Direct TV again and talked having a Boss called John and when again been informed the same. It amazes me that every & each month I get a declaration from Direct TV demonstrating they owe me the reimbursement, however they cannot deliver the check and become completed with it.in my opinion today all customer support representatives and also the whole billing department. With Direct TV is educated by Direct TV to lay, place you down after which laugh their brains down once they log off the telephone along with you how they simply scamed you again.
