Direct TV charged my charge card over five hundered bucks without my agreement. They stated that 400 of the could be delivered when I submitted my gear and access cards. I delivered these things via FEDEX and not got the reimbursement. I submitted a problem with my lender and named Direct TV to determine where my reimbursement was. They explained on a number of different ocassions that my reimbursement was possibly prepared and have been delivered to my lender or was still running.
