First Bill 153.00 Instead of 39.00, Then 656.00 Charged

I was a DirecTV customer for 5 years. When I moved, I suspended my service. For a year and a half they kept mailing me letters asking me to come back. Like an idiot, I went back because the rate was great: 39.00 with 4 free boxes! Then the first bill arrived, and it was 153.00!!! I called to talk about it and ended up cancelling. The woman said I might be charged an early cancellation fee, which I knew nothing about, and I told her absolutely not! You are overcharging me! And then, lo and behold, they took 656.00 from my bank account!!! I have done a good deal of research, and I am not the only person they have done this to. Let's get together, everyone, and do something about their unfair practices!!
