Told Bound to Another Year With $250 Cancellation Fee

I have been with Direct TV for years and can't seem to get out of the contracts. After I finally got out of their contract, I moved. They said it was free, at no charge, when you move. But that's a lie. When I called Direct TV, they told me that I am bonded in a contract for another year, and if I choose to end my services before the year is up, I will have to pay a $250.00 cancellation fee. That's wrong, don't you think?
A year ago they also told me that I would receive a DVD player and that it was on the way. Well, I haven't gotten it yet. Rip off, Direct TV. So please tell me how I can join your class action suit. Thank you in advance.
