Direct tv cancelation ramifications

I orderd direct tv at a new address. They told me that it would be one price for tv and one price for internet. The tv install was great on time and finished quick, going over the contact after the tech finished he stated that the tv was nearly twice as much as the gal on the phone. They told me that the internet would be on a friday, i called early the next morning and they told me that the technician had been mistaken and that the internet tech would explain it, no internet friday. I called near closing time and asked if the tech was on the way and they stated it was finished, he or she was not even here, i was home all day. I asked for direct tv to phone me back by 9 am on saturday, par for the coarse no call back. I called a different tv provider and internet, less than direct tv. I called direct tv on monday to cancel the service, they did reluctantly but did as well as the internet, so i thought. Direct tv held onto the internet order for an additional week, both providers use the same internet carrier. When they finally released the internet paperwork i got the internet in a few hours. I had many phone calls to direct tv over the cancelation fees almost 400 bucks. They finally stated that i will not be charged, as long as i sent the recievers back and they would send me a box to do so. I got the box rather quick, put their stuff in it as they asked an dropped it off at my local fed ex drop. A month has gone by and i have currently a charge of 275.95 on my bank account for those recievers that i sent a month ago.in the 2.5 hour conversation and being transfered 6 times, Derrick employee number U5783 or so he gave me states... This is not their problem and i need to call fed ex and ask them the location of the box. Ths is not their problem as they debited my account for the sum of 275.95 and it is not their problem. When i have a letter stating the final charges of 0. It is not our problem, wow
