Direct TV
Unfair business practice!

This sounds like a problem alot of people are having. One of my box's stoped working so we contacted Direct TV. We had been customers for about 5 years. They came out and replaced the old box with a new one.

I thought that was it until I went bargain shopping and found a better deal that Direct TV could not match. I called to cancel my servive and they notified me that I would be charged a "early cancelation fee"... AFTER 5 YEARS!!!

I was never told I was entering into a new contract, and was never given another option in the type of boxes they were installing.

I can't believe this is legal! I hope someone gets these crooks!!
