Direct TV will not appear to planned support calls in region 35 kilometers beyond Memphis. A variety of reasons - incorrect evening, too busy. They actually LIED and stated the specialist confirmed and we were not there, despite we'd voiced using the specialist who accepted he'd not make it. ONE-HOUR telephone tree. Apparent discrimination predicated on region though we spend exactly the same for Television. Have now been without support for just two weeks however Strong TV declines a return.
