Direct TV technician was with very rude and unpolished behavio

I requested Direct TV support the specialist was with really rude and unpolished conduct. He questioned me to signal a document. I stated I have to study. He did not allow me to see. Snatched document and required of each point. I approached the client support they held apologize and getting there is no answer. Even after 3 months. Never purchase direct Television that's what my knowledge.
