I ended support to the RV over this past year. The CS representative insisted that she be allowed to "hold" the support just in case we may wish to deploy DirecTV at our home. I assured her we'd not due to development on wire and never via Satellite. She assured me that people could be approached later which we're able to formally stop then. Alternatively, DirecTV began payment our charge card in March. I've been attempting since April to obtain the cash returned. I had been first advised it might not be corrected and removed the charge card; it'd need to arrived at me within the type of a check also it might consider 6 to 2 months. I waited 6 weeks to call-back and was informed "Delay another 14 days." It did not come. I called again. I had been informed that it may be removed my charge card. A credit turned up but was $35.68 short. I called again. After challenging a boss, I had been informed this kind of criticism needed to be written down. I wrote. I obtained an answer on July 2 the reimbursement have been required on June 29 which the "escalation" might consider 10 to 14 business days. I waited. Another $5 was acknowledged to my charge card. I published again and required that somebody contact me. On July 25, somebody did! She assured me that she'd joined a credit that will continue my charge card within 6 to 10 business days. It did not. I wrote again. I had been advised to contact the 1-800 number to obtain support. This is actually the same quantity that I named and was informed it'd to become managed by email. I required a boss and was informed that she was seeking a reimbursement to my charge card for that stability of $30.68. I am to hold back another 6 to 10 business days!

This Is Actually The many inexperienced organization I Have ever handled. Avoid directv support.
