Unacuthorized charge to my credit card

My partner and that I transformed our satellite support from Meal to Directv whenever a child from Linx Satellite Inc found our home. We were informed they required our creditcardnumber to check on to ensure we'd not been Directv clients before. We were informed no costs could be placed on our charge card. Simply to make sure, I examined my charge card charges online in July and found no costs. After I obtained my Sept bill, I came across a fee for $79.99. I named Linx Satellite Inc and was informed it had been a cost. We'd never been informed there could be this type of cost and didn't provide authorization for that organization to place the cost on our charge card.
