We've been a DirecTV client for several years. We've a computerized payment per month for that support obtained from our charge card. We did not uncover until December that two funds monthly beginning March have now been billed to the charge card. We named DirecTV instantly upon becoming conscious of the issue. They stated that they required evidence since their documents did not display the dual cost being obtained. The funds were being obtained about the 13th of every month after which again about the 30th. The incorrect cost may be the 13th of the month. We supplied them evidence by email plus they have yet to react. We place it in to the fingers of our charge card business who stated that our criticism ought to be solved within thirty days. This really is January and contains not been solved. We named the charge card organization to discover exactly what the standing was and we were informed that four individual demands have now been overlooked by DirecTV.
