Poor service and false advertising

Registered for support in November. Registered on the web to get a twelve months contract for support plus local HD stations. Today it's September. Nevertheless no HD regional stations and that I was informed by customer support that I'm today secured in to a 2-year agreement. Additionally they explained that I'd need to buy an exterior aerial for local HD stations. I approached an company to get a HD antanna and he laugh after I described DirecTV. He explained it'd charge $250.00 for an aerial with installation. I had been also informed that DirecTV uses this like a fraud to register new clientis. Customer support at Directv comes with an explanation for anything whenever you contact them. I can not actually get party when it rains. DirecTV advised me the meal was mounted incorrect! They're those who subcontracted the installment after I registered! This really is undoubtedly the toughest organization I've actually handled.
