Unauthorized charge!

Directv included NBA sunday ticket early restoration in 5 funds to my statement and billed me $45.80 without visiting me whatsoever. I had been simply examining the statement and observed this cost. Is the fact that authorized? I named them up and undoubtedly their program is along as usually and so I delivered them an email and that I haven't obtained an answer yet.
