Idt phone service has to be the worst so called phone service out there.

I say that because i have been with out phone service now 12 day & all i get is the run around no supervis or mang will ever take my call. I have taken 5 days off from work for this and still nothing.
If and when they finally send a repair man out he has no clue what he is doing. They spend 5 hours on one day 2 the next 4 another day and still with no phone service. They schedule appointments and never show and when they do it's some idiot that has no clue.
Look at all the technology out there today and tell me why they can't seem to fix a simple phone line. This is crazy.
The telephone is not a new invention how could they not figure it out after all these day and hours.
They even had the nerve to send a so called repair man at 9pm and was there until 11;30 pm still nothing repaired this is crazy.

They have to be the all time worst company that only employees a bunch of idiots...

And still no phone service what can i do? I need it fixed by these idiots before i can change to a new carrier..

I guess that means i'm stuck until someone with 1/2 a brain get's hired and i have to get him before he figures out what a horrible company this is. How are they still in business is behond me.
By all means do not have idt phone service because you will be stuck...
