Washer and Dryer Repairs Cannot Be Scheduled on the Same Day

Sears repair service is seriously misnamed, no service there
they don't know how to schedule repairs for a washer and dryer at the same time
they have to set up two separate appointments
knew there was a reason I have been avoiding the place.
Even talking to a service rep, did not help. They will not schedule both appliance service on the same day.
