Waited four hours for repair technician who never showed

Unreliable! Just spent 4 hours waiting for service technician. When they didn't show I called Sears and they said it would be another 2.5 hours before the technician could show. I had to book this a week in advance and they can't figure out how to schedule a technician? Would not consider them for any type of repair service.
