I bought my dryer from BestBuy 4 yrs ago and it just stop working. Called of service appointment and I was given more than 10 days for Geek Squad (technician) to come. Service was done BUT 2 days later same problems occurred. I called appliance repair specialists again (2nd service call) and was given a temporary service schedule 10 days before technician could come for THE SAME problems. One of the supervisors has asked me to call back 3 days after my 2nd service call so that they can schedule the service EARLIER than the said shedule (10 days wait). I called after the 3rd day, not all parts are in, I called the 5th day, all parts are in BUT they cannot give me any earlier schedule. They are just wasting their customers' time! Can you imagine if you buy your fridge in BESTBUY and suffer this kind of service?! I think they don't have enough people to handle this kind of situation. This is the worst service that you can have! Please don't buy your appliance in BESTBUY, but if you still want it, my advise is don't get their performance service plan, it is a waste of your money and time!
