HORRIBLE SERVICE review - The whole company

This is the worst service ever! They have done nothing but screw us over! First off you wait online forever. Only to talk to someone 1. Cant understand or 2. Or someone who has no clue what they are doing 3. Noone there wants to take responisbly for their mistake its always the customers fault! 4. Its someone new each time so you get told something different each time!!! They were schedule to come out between 12-4 they finally got here @8 and didnt get done til almost 2 cause they didnt start til 9! Then when i call to get it fixed they tell me i wont be charged for the month of jan. But then they hit my account so i call to get it fixed talking to the highest person there (who cant do a dang thing to fix the issue) and hes rude to me and my husband! They have the worst customer service ever!!! Do not to with direct tv they are horrible!!!
