Poor customer service - internet service, phone service, and cable

We initially hoped to have phone/internet service from your company. LlWe were given a date for install a week out. A day after I received a call from your company trying to sell us a bundle that included cable. I told your sales woman to call the next evening at 6 pm, and we would let her know if we could switch from satellite to cable. My husband waited for a call, but one called. He received a recorded message telling us our appointment day. Which was now different from our original date. I had taken time off to be home on the day we arranged. My job is very difficult to get time off from. My husband can't even try to. We called to find out why or what happened. Apparently the original order was never passed on to our phone company so the phone number would be released. That set it back several days. We decided to cancel the cable and phone service with your company then, and transfer only internet. Well no one told our phone company. We are now going on day three without phone service. We were told today the reason our phone company stopped our service is they were never told we canceled installation of it with yours. No one released the phone number back. Now, after holding for over 45 minutes with the "wrong" department (she said she's new sales only. I got quite a chuckle over that), I was transferred to another department who couldn't help me, he transferred me to another department where a very snotty Erin told me the department to "verify" that you are in control of our phone number left. They closed at 5 pm! So we are still without our phone. And I am going to call the state attorney office tomorrow to complain if I don't get service back tomorrow. Also the BBB, for what that's worth.
