I have been trying to order cable through comcast for almost three weeks the first time they were to come I was stuck in the house all day on a sunday... No one showed up. They said my time frame was from 5-9 but no cable... So I called the office and they stated that the tech said he came and no one was home when I told them he was lying that I didn't leave my house they stated the only thing they could do was reschedule for a week later!!! After that I was through but my husband still wanted cable... So we reschedule well this time the jerk tells me I want to many cable boxes... He says that he only has one box to install and that we need three. Well I told him we only need three rooms installed with only one box. Well he gave me the work order and told me to call the customer service department. When I called they said that they could only reschedule me again... I was upset and told them so!!! I want my cable hooked up! But I still had to reschedule once again... And now I wait again. I ask to speak to supervisor. And there was never one around!!! Oh we have to email them they keep telling me!!! Now it is 3 days later and still no cable... Comcast suck!!!
