Comcast botches Order leaves me without any service

I had a sales Rep for Comcast come by my home and offer me a special package for Cable Internet & Phone Service we placed the order on 9/24, and we were asked if we wanted to keep our old number, I said definitely YES! The Rep wrote this on the paperwork and we had to phone into an automated system to verify the transfer of our current phone number. The Rep then stated because of this we have to schedule the installation a week out to allow the number to be ported, that was fine with me. So our appointment was scheduled for 10/1 between 2-4 and the representative called at 2:30 that he was on his way.

When he came he was very cordial I showed him where our system was, told him he probably had to go in our attic which he did, by about 4:30 p. M he said he was done, and noticed that we were getting a new number. I said "NO, we asked for our old number to be switched over." He said, "Well, my paperwork does not show that." I gave him a copy of my paperwork showing what I had ordered, he got his manager on the line who said I would have to take this the way it is and call the company on Monday to correct the number. I said NO, you disconnect everything and put my system back to the way it was before you got here. I left the rep for about 5 minutes and he walked out to his car which I thought he was going to put things back.

I went outside to check and the representative of Comcast had left, took all the boxes and just left all the wires laying there. He never went back and restored my original service. This is at 4:45 on a Friday afternoon and I have no Phone Service and No Internet Service. I call Comcast Customer Service and they cannot get me any help, telling me I have to reschedule someone to come out another 3-4 days out. Meanwhile they tell me they will have a Supervisor call me within 24 hours and 72 hours have passed and I have not heard from anyone.

This is absolutely the worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life from any company, never do business with them...
