Time Warner Cable Consistant Lies still waiting for new service after 1 week of phone calls - customer service

I ordered and picked up self install kit on 4/4. I took it home and followed the directions and it didn't work. I called the support number and was told that they needed a week to port in my phone number. I advised I needed a new phone number I wasn't importing anything. They ignored that plea and they attempted to port in my phone number, of course it didn't work. I called 4 days in a row. I was told that an installer had to come out and connect to the pole for me. This was after 4 days of being told the service should be working. I waited for the Tech to come and he didn't show up, so I called and I was told the work order was closed and my service should be working. I advised it wasn't working and nobody came out. They rescheduled me for the next day, this upsets me why should I have to wait yet another day. I contacted the chat department, I was speaking with Curt who told me that my service order had been cancelled that is why no one showed up. I asked why I wasn't notified, no response, he advised me that he was transferring me to the Concerns deparment... There is no such department, he transferred me to sales, I asked that young lady to transfer me to a supervisor and she transferred me to billing. It is clear that Time Warner does not care about their customers. I was trying to get new service and have been lied to and appointments cancelled without them telling me. Why should I have to work so hard to have cable and phone. I already had internet with them and I am livid but it is very sad to know that they could care less.
