Direct TV false advertising!

When I was considering moving to Direct TV from Dish (which I had for several years and had no complaints about) it was because of the NFL Ticket. The flyers that I kept receiving in the mail stated that they were offering it with the package at no extra charge. No I do not get the NFL Ticket and when I called to customer service to ask why they said that it wasn't offered when I signed up. I had the flyer in hand when I called and was reassured by the salesperson and the installer that it was included. Now they have cut it off and are lying to me after I have signed a 2 year contract. Shame on you bad business Direct TV and I would in an instant change my service had you not Cheated/Tricked me into signing up with you!!!
