No Rewards For Long Time Customers - Direct TV

I have been a customer of DIRECTV for three years. There is no reward for renewing your contract. The First year they give you a low monthly price, the second year the monthly price doubles. My first year was around $60.00 dollars, now my monthly price is $149.00 dollars. I receive flyers in the mail from DIRCTV, saying that if you sign up you can get these low prices and now they are offering free NFL ticket. I called and I am not eligible for any discounts or offers even if I sign a two year contract. If you do sign up for new service and receive the NFL Sunday ticket, you can only watch one game.
