No Venders should Call

I was contacted by a Direct TV vender offering me with a discount to a Pay Per view event. At that time, I did not know they were not from Direct TV. They offered the event for 5$. When I seen my my bill there was no discount. I called Direct TV and they told me they couldn't give me the credit. I had to call the vender to get my credit applied to my account. When the number was called, whet directly to automation then got cut off.
