Customer service lacking

Lost sgnal on the 18th tech supposed to be here between 12-4 on the 20th someone changed the time between 4-7 without a call, called customer service and I felt like I was talking to Wal-Mart who knows nothing about customer service. I would recomend dumping these people and going direct internet!
