I signed up with TWC to receive Showtime. Last week TWC blacked it out and substituted 2 inferior channels which I don't want or like. I talked to 3 customer services in the online chat. The last one I talked to was Jade and she was extremely rude. She refused to respond to several of my questions. I had to ask if she was still there a few times. She promised to forward my message to her supervisor who would solve my problem and return Showtime to me. I am still waiting. At the end of our conversation, she quit responding at all. I asked her several times if she was there. I think she was hoping I would get tired of her not responding and just leave the chat. She abruptly cut off the conversation from her end.
