The fact that the sales department will tell you anything and not follow through with was agreed on. The sales rep Joanna the i spoke with on the 11/28 advice of price lock promo that would include 2 premium channels showtime and starz not only did i ask her if it was a limited time promo and she stated it was both channels for FULL 24 months. I only got one channel when i called customer service they refuse to add channel as stated by rep and basically called me a liar about what rep told me. I asked for supervisor Named SAL completely useless refused to state that calls are recorded and that he would not honor anything his company offered to satisfied a new customer of all things when asking to speak with another supervisor he refused to transfer. As a company with very poor work ethics and unable to provide good customer service.
