TWC Risk Management Shelia (Supervisor) was not helpful or pleasant when trying to dispute the claim of an old bill in which I never received any notice about from 3 years ago. She plainly told me "You know you owe this bill, just make a payment", how rude is that. Every time I tried to dispute what she was saying she would say "Don't talk over me". I am very displease with our company. Unfortunately you are the only cable company in my area and I need to get this resolved.
