I received a phone call from Fraud Prevention/credit department 1-866-967-7408 Michelle ex 1892 stating to me my husband (Marcus Brent) had and outstanding bill with Time Warner 5 years ago. I explained to Michelle that I was not Marcus and I did not have a bill with Time Warner prior to me obtaining service (1) month ago. The day I requested service the rep took my information including my SS#, she did the check and told me I was good to obatain service. I don't understand why Michelle is call me and not reaching out to Marcus and its been 5 years. Michelle threating that my service will be disconnected if I don't pay this bill. I don't appreciate being harrassed about a 5 year old bill. I choose Time Warner for there service however I will look into a different cable service that I don't have to be talked to like I have did something wrong. Very dissapointed.
