Have tried to reduce my cable bill with 3 separate phone calls and no help at all the reps put me on hold for over 30 minutes each time and at the end say they can't help and for me to talk to a different department. Called today to cancel Time Warner Cable and was told the wait would be 25 to 35 minutes. Very poor company to deal with!
