Wait time for customer service and sales. - customer sevice

I've been waiting on hold to speak to a representative for Brighthouse Services and Sales for over a half hour. This is even to add services to my account, and the longer I wait the longer I feel I do not need to add the services. Also, there have been various internet outages frequently durring the week, which is very disruptive!
