We were without cable since Wed., May 29, even though this happens often. Technicians did not come to the house until Sat. June 1,21013. Cable worked for half a day. I called Time Warner Cable on Sunday, June 2 to report that cable was not working again. Customer service rep was extremely rude to me when I requested to speak to management, which he did not connect me to by-the-way. I feel service should not have to be waited for another 4 days when they didn't fit it right the first time and I should be allowed to speak to management.
