Shady company! Do not sign up - Comcast Internet Service

Sales people sell you on introductory rates but lie about your ability to downgrade service at anytime. We got stuck paying way, WAY to much for very, very poor internet service. Even though the sales person had lied to me, the company was not willing to do ANYTHING about it. Do not sign up with this very shady company. Worst customer service i have ever experienced
