Deceptive Billing Issues & Poor Customer Service Union

When I signed up for Comcast's Triple Bundle package, I was expressly told that I could downgrade the TV service at no charge and with no additional contracts. Today, needing to cut expenses, I called Comcast to do just that.

They refused. They insisted I would need to either sign a new 2 year contract or pay a $150 termination fee. The first service representative initially claimed I could not do this at all.

The service representatives are rude and arrogant. On top of that the actual service is very poor performing and I have not been receiving the channels I am paying a premium for.

Do not do business with Comcast.
