Please Help Me fix this problem - AT&T U-verse service

Hello,
I'm sending this email because I have had trouble with my U-verse for 7
Weeks now we have had 1 tech out and he could not find the problem.
Another tech was suppose to come and that was cancelled by someone sending
Me a text. I have HAD IT with ATT & T we can't watch Tv we can't record
But yet we are paying the same bill every month but we have had NO TV
For 5 weeks as of today. I have called I have waited for Tech's I have had
Boxes sent to us but the TV is still not working. What does a person who pay s their bills ON TIME and does the right things all the time suppose to do about getting someone to CARE that they pay thier bills but have had NO TV for 5 WEEKS.
Does NO ONE CARE that I keep paying for a TV plan that does not WORK.
Someone needs to give a Crap about us who pay our bills but still have NO TV
To watch. Wth. We need this to be taken care of or you can come and get your stuff and I will find another TV Company that cares about their paying customers.
