U-Verse Switching to AT&T U-Verse was a big mistake!

I was talked into switching my cable, home phone, internet and cell phone to AT&T U-Verse a couple of months ago. What a mistake this was! It has been a nightmare! I have called over and over and spoken to either rude or ignorant employees and have asked to have a supervisor call me. I'm still waiting for one to return the call (because one was never available when I asked to speak to one). Within 3 weeks I was billed for over $340 in separate billings.

In "bundling" my services with AT&T U-Verse, I was supposed to pay less instead of more. I was paying approximately $250 for everything before. Now I have received yet one more bill (all within one month) for $165.79. I cannot get anyone to explain to me what all of the charges are for and why I have received 4 bills in less than one month. I want everyone to be aware and not switch to U-Verse. It has made my life much more stressful instead of more simple.
