After joining AT&T U-VERSE, I was constantly experiencing problems. Services going in & out, and when it went totally out, I kept calling about "Tech" SUPPORT. After (automated) agrrivation, you could actualy speak with someone who would schedule a "TECH" to come to my house. Service would be restored, then would go out again. I dealt with this merry-go-round for almost a week. I hqad so many "TECH" at my home that I was getting use to them being here. Like they lived here too. I am waiting for this months bill to see if they "PRO-RATED" my bill for all the days I was without service. I regret leaving COM CAST to switch to "U-VERSE". I have now come back home (COM - CAST) and just want all the people to know: DO NOT USE AT&T U-VERSE!!!

This started in January, I asked for "information ONLY" on u-verse. The person signed me up cause about a week later I received a box in the mail with electrical equipment to hook up U-verse in my home
