Internet service - Windstream High Speed Internet

I started with 3mbps 5years and 8 months ago and had slow internet service some few years ago tech support service told me to fix my slow loading i needed to go up to 6mbps because i had 2 computers so i started paying for 6mbps. The problem got a little better but not by much, I still had a loading issue. Some 4 or 5 months ago i ordered a roku box for my TV and had loading issues as i have from the beging then the same after i went to 6mbps. The tech support told me i needed to go up to 12mbps to fix my loading problem. As long as i just used my computer it worked great but as soon as i watched a video then i had loading problems. So i went up to 12mbps like tech told me as well as i have been told there is an outage near me that may be helping the problem. Well these last 2 weeks i have learned a lot about windstream, They have been charging me for 6mbps than 12mbps and after 5 or 6 test on myt connection with windstream i find out i have been charged for this 6 and 12mbps and only getting like today only 1.4 to 2.4mbps on their speedtest. The phone worker in my area is a very nice man who has been out to help figure out my loading problem and just flat out told me we are over loaded in my area and it nothing he can do to fix it untell windstream fixes the over loading problem. As people start useing the internet the slower its going to be. Well so now windstream has gave me so many diffrent reasons this problem was doing this and now the truth is i have been charged for something windstream has sold me that they knew was not avalible in this little town. II have talked to supervisisor who credited me 16.00 to my account and thats all he can do, bottom line (Chris@ext 43615.. I did e-mail the main office in arkansaw to see what they can do about this issue.
