$80 a month for 12mbps and averaging 1mbps - Windstream Broadband connection

We have been with windstream for a few months now and I've noticed that we are constantly lagging out so I ran some speed tests and found that we were getting hardly any service. I had my girlfriend ask about it when she paid the bill and the woman told her there was probably just a lot of people on at that time. I'm sorry but for $80 a month it shouldn't matter how many customers they have. I should get what I"m paying for. She gave her the customer service number for the next time it happened. I decided to call tonight when my playstation started to lag bad. The speed test showed a. 23 mbps connection rate when it was letting me connect at all. The rep told me I was getting all 12 mbps and blamed it on my computer. How lame is that. My comp is a year old. Nothing wrong there and I told him as much. After nothing was fixed he set up a tech apt for 3 days away. He'll come out and it will probably be working when he's here and nothing will get fixed. We're looking for a new isp now. One preferably cheaper with better service. Run away and don't look back!!!
