Super slow DSL

Windstream proceeds to support me with extremely slow dsl. Certain, I've asked about that issue. You receive a "cookie cutter" reaction from some so-called "tech support team". Our friend struggling with the exact same issue, hasn't just repeatedly approached Windstream but has delivered a notice to professionals. Windstream reaction to the thing is that "we're focusing on it". Obviously, there's still no benefits. It's incredible that my dsl is clearly slower the dial up that had before.
