Car Rental Rip Off in Mexico booking through Orbitz.com

I would like to point out our complete dissatisfaction with a service that was provided to us.

1. Economy Car Rental overcharged us right on the spot. Our reservation included taxes and insurance which came to total of $1,091.46.By the time we were picking up the car we were told that Orbitz doesn't know what they are doing and charged us $1,615.98. And they don't care WHAT and HOW Orbitz made this reservation to us.
2. The description of the car is completely deceptive. 6 people just physically unable to fit into Dodge even without luggage.
3. The car which was given to us was malfunctioning (bad breaks, noise, and in a couple of day conditioner was gone). It took us several drives back to convince them it's unsafe to drive. Finally they swapped the car for 1 day to fix it.
4. There was no navigator as it was promised.

Overall, Economy Rental Employees were so rude to us, the foreigners on vocation. We speak English, but not as good as natives. We felt that we were somehow discriminated because we speak with an accent and Economy Employees were telling us that THEY either do not understand or THEY do not speak English (with a smirk). (We travel a lot around the world and able to communicate and be understood in any country).
