Rip Off Alert - They will make sure you get charged fees! - Room booking

They held on processing my cancellation request - resulting in me getting charged a cancellation fee (by 5 minutes) and refused to help resolve the matter. On top of the 5.95 they charge for the pleasure of their service. Ridiculous. Stay away from these Jokers and use a reputable site. Not only will I never use them again - I'll never stay at that particular hotel again.
