No help

Traveling to Orlando and on to Coocoa Beach, I needed a car and booked one through Orbitz. Approximately 5 days prior to the flight, I was notified by the rental agency that there was a "computer glich" and no car would be available for me and my family. I called Orbitz immediately and had the issue resolved, seemingly, alomost right away. On 4/14 I received an email from Orbitz confirming once again all arrangements. I arrived at Orlando on 4/16, called the car rental and was told again there was no car for me. I called Orbitz as requested by the rental people and still no help. An hour later, still no help, no cmpensation, nothing but "sorry." No can we book something else, no help. Orbitz couldn't compell the rental to budge, USAVE Car and Truck Rental of Orlando. Never again with either company.
